Been Here’i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Yaşadığın yerde reşit değilsen, yalnızca veli veya vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsin.
Eklediğin fotoğraf, not, ziyaret, gezi ve profil bilgilerinden sen sorumlusun. Kimsenin yerine geçme, hakkın olmayan içeriği paylaşma; uygulamayı zarar vermek, taciz, spam veya sömürü için kullanma.
Gönderiler, fotoğraflar ve yorumlar seçtiğin kitleye görünür. Yasadışı içerik, çocukları cinsel istismar eden içerik, nefret, şiddet veya spam dahil bu şartları bozan içerik ve hesapları kaldırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz. Profil veya gönderiden şikayet edebilir ve gezginleri engelleyebilirsin. Şikayetleri inceler ve gereğini yaparız.
Harita kişisel bir kayıttır. Ülke sınırları, adlar ve ziyaret sayıları siyasi, hukuki veya seyahat tavsiyesi değildir.
Hesabını Ayarlar’dan dilediğin zaman silebilirsin. Silme; profilini, ziyaretlerini, gönderilerini ve fotoğraflarını kaldırır. Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları kapatabilir veya uygulamayı durdurabiliriz.

Been Here is a personal travel map. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Been Here only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
You are responsible for the photos, notes, visits, trips, and profile information you add. Do not impersonate anyone, post content you do not have the right to share, or use the app to harm, harass, spam, or exploit others.
Posts, photos, and comments are visible to the audience you choose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, including illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate, violence, or spam. You can report and block other travelers. We review reports and act on them.
The map is a personal record. Country shapes, names, and visit counts are not a political, legal, or travel-advice statement.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, visits, posts, and photos.
Use Settings → Report a problem, or the developer contact listed with Been Here on the App Store.
