For anything about your account, your map, privacy, or the app, the fastest way is an in-app report.
Open the app → Settings → Report a problem. Your message is tied to your account so we can see what went wrong.
Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, visits, posts, and photos.
Settings → Download your data.
If you cannot open the app, use the developer contact listed with Been Here on the App Store.
